3D SCANNING
With this process we offer the unique possibility of transforming a model measuring up to 300 x 300 x 350 cm into a technical design for subsequent machining or 3D printing.
The 3D Scanning process explained
The geometry of an object is captured to convert it into a 3D file (CAD files). We could say that a real object can be converted into a virtual one that can then be used with the help of specific/specialised technology programs. Scanning modes vary depending on the technical requirements: measurements, surface finish, colour, etc.
We have all the tools for reverse engineering
This process controls environmental factors at our facilities, seeking to optimise the quality of the 3D model. It is used to validate parts already manufactured, to design the components attached to the sample, to design tools for manufacture, to recover the design of the component, and even to improve the model part (reverse engineering).
